(b) All payments must be made directly to the Company’s designated bank account. Payments made through any other means will not be acknowledged or accepted by the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

(a) Explore Enclave shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays, denials, or rejections by government agencies, embassies, or consulates.
• Losses or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete documentation provided by the Client.

(b) While we strive to provide accurate and timely assistance, the Company does not guarantee the issuance of visas or other travel-related approvals.

8. Compliance with Local Laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
